EMPC, Al Hokair Group, and Al Kayan Developments have joined forces to renovate, develop and operate the previously renowned Magic Land into Egypt’s newest destination.
Abdul Mohsen Al Hokair Holding was approached by EMPC given its proven track record in the fields of Entertainment & hospitality to take over the Magic Land.
Abdul Mohsen Al Hokair Holding alongside Al Kayan Company for Construction partnered to Redevelop the 240,000 sqm of former magic land into a new concept.
Al Kayan Company for Construction in addition to being partner in Magic land Al hokair; it is also the Main Contractor of the new project.
The new project is set to launch the first phase in Q1/2024.
